VENUE & LOCATION

 

The 2017 NSW Rural Health & Research Congress will be hosted at the Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre, located on Tarcutta Street across the road from the Visitor Information Centre.

 

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS AND MOBILITY ASSISTANCE

There are three locations within the Civic Theatre reserved for wheelchair users, those with mobility concerns and their companions. These locations are in the centre block in row A, half way back on the side in rows H & I and at the back of the auditorium near the sound and lighting desk. If you require a wheelchair space to be reserved, please contact Alignment Event Solutions prior to the Congress.

PARKING

Free parking is available in close proximity to the Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre. The local Car Park is located on Cross Street, entry via Cross Street, at the corner of Morrow and O'Reilly Street. There is disabled parking available outside the Civic Theatre in Burns Way.

DISABLED TOILETS

There are two disabled toilets both located on Ground Level. The Civic Theatre foyer has a designated area for people to safely recharge their electric mobility scooter or wheelchair battery free of charge.

CONGRESS DINNER

The Congress Dinner will be hosted at the Wagga RSL Club, located 1.6km from the Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre.

WELCOME RECEPTION

The Welcome Reception will be held at the Thirsty Crow, 900m from the Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre.
